I've got my keys!! :D This is exciting. I took another look at the walls and concluded that the hallway needs to be painted as well. Not too happy about that, but while I'm at it anyway ... I'll buy the paint with A next week, probably a pale yellow and some shade of brown.
I just tentatively started packing, too. So far it's been more decluttering and deciding what to keep rather than actually putting things into boxes.
My closest neighbour appears to be an elderly woman. If it turns out that she's living alone, I guess I don't need to worry about noise from that direction, at least. We'll see about upstairs, though ...
I'm strangely fascinated by the heating system. Well, it's complicated! XD But I've got all the important controls right in the middle of the flat rather than having to venture into the basement or anything, so I can fiddle with it whenever I want. I like having full control over my environment, mmkay? Possibly because I've never really had it before.
